Art Glass deals Vase, Hand Blown Amber Glass Finger Vase

Beautiful art glass 'finger' vase.
Hand blown amber (though when held up to the light, you will see greens, blues, and stripes/lines of darker brown as well), cased in clear glass, with applied clear glass design around 'fingers'.
Unfortunately, for such a beautiful piece, this is unsigned and without sticker.
In very good condition - does have a somewhat roughness around fingers, and 'folds' in glass - both done during the manufacturing of the vase. Also shows what might be a chip near the pontil, or could have been done while smoothing the pontil deals as it is not sharp (see photo).
