VENUS Garnet Necklace

2019 is definitely the year for women! As a female maker, I wanted to create something for women to show their pride. This little Venus pendant symbolizes femininity, love and strength. The Venus symbol originates in Late Antiquity as an astrological symbol for the planet Venus (associated with the goddess Venus), and has become the universal symbol for woman.

*Garnets are know for their deep and alluring red color and have been used for centuries in jewelry. Just like the ancient Greeks and Romans, wear Garnet jewelry as a protective talisman or amulet that shields you from negativity on your spiritual journey.

*Since earliest times, Moonstone has been a tangible connection to the magic of the moon - an amulet of protection for travelers, a gift of lovers for passion, a channel for prophecy, and a path to wisdom

*Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought after stones in use since man's history began. Its deep, celestial blue remains the symbol of royalty and honor, gods and power, spirit and vision. It is a universal symbol of wisdom and truth.

I design all of my pieces to look like ancient artifacts with a modern twist. This pendant was made using the lost wax casting process and cast in either recycled .925 sterling silver or bronze. It hangs from a delicate, but strong, chain that measures 18" long. All Bronze pendants come with gold filled chain. Chain lengths can be modified, but may require an additional charge.
