On a bright and breezy day I love to observe the waves as they gently shimmer, sway and sparkle.
I used a variety of blue silk scraps, beaded trims and lace to capture the beauty before finishing with different machine embroidery stitches.
The fraying of the silk is deliberate and for effect.
The outside frame measures 12" x 9" with the art work being 7" x 5" deals
