Birds and Bees Highball Glasses by Gay Fad - set of 6 deals

A beautiful set of 6 highball glasses designed by Fran Taylor. They are not signed but the design is definitely her style. It represents birds and bees in pink, teal, and yellow/gold. The background is slightly frosted (translucent). Rare pattern.

Condition: Very good. The colors are still very bright and there are no scratches, stains, or chips. Very little gold or color loss.
Size: 5 5/8" H x 2 3/4"W.

The artist: Fran Taylor was born in the early 1900s and graduated deals from art school in Detroit, Michigan in 1938. She opened Gayr Fad Studios in Lancaster, OH in 1945. Gay Fad Studios closed in 1962.
