Explanation -we bought NEW plates from one seller and got used, dirty with food gunk and the total crazing to a level the plate can shatter in a hand while holding it so we returned them deals, seller is aggressive liar and cheater yet revengeful. It will protect us from intentional breakage because post office nor etsy don't protect in such cases.
