An Indian woman in the sun deals in Gujarat

An Indian woman shielding her face against the sun in Gujarat. The beautiful garment, called a sari frames her fact perfectly with the shadow falling across her face.

The drawing is unframed and is done on 300 gsm cold pressed watercolour paper. It will be encased in a plastic. I generally do not put an protective fixative on the painting. To keep costs low this will be sent by Registered International Mail and it will reach you in 20-25 days time (depending on location). I will send it in a padded envelope and it will be protected.

The next 6 months I propose to donate proceeds of the sale of this shop to Covid related charities, Children's Charities and Specific Need charities. As in my previous paintings, I will donate proceeds after deducting hosting fees and my material costs which roughly works to 10%.. The rest will go to select charities that will change from time to time. I will aggregate all sales, add cash contributions from deals benefactors and top up cash as needed.
