An enchanting Italian ceramic wall plate or trinket dish in the form of a sheep laying on lush green grass. The head and legs of the sheep are in relief and the sheep's wool coat has impressed marks making it seem so life like. The plate displays fabulously and would also make a splendid trinket dish. In great condition with only some normal crazing which can only be seen on the underside along with the mould number 7053 and 'Made in Italy'.
