NELLY de GRAB 1960s 1970s Lurex Top Blouse & Skirt Set Funky Floral Rhinestone deals Buttons 12

1960s/1970s Nelly de Grab blouse and long skirt in multicolored floral Lurex. Heavy prong-set rhinestone buttons down the front and at the deals cuffs. There's one snap below the bottom button and 4.5" side slits on the blouse. The skirt is lined, has an elastic waistband and a 14" slit on the left side. The elastic seems a little weak to me, please check the measurements for the stretch. There is a small light orange spot on the left cuff near the button (see photo). I didn't try to get it out myself and I don't have a trustworthy dry cleaner here. It's not terribly noticeable, though.
