deals This Adorable Large Oval with Subtle Blue Natural Thunderbird Ribbon Turquoise was mined by us in the Royston Mines of Tonopah, Nevada.

The Royston Turquoise gemstone can be traced back to the early 1900s in The Royston Turquoise Mining District, located approximately 20 miles northeast of Tonepah, Nevada. Though a successful tunnel mine of its time, the site is now an open pit and its turquoise is deemed very scarce.

This particular turquoise is of a larger oval shape, measuring 40mmx30mmx6mm and features a natural lovely detailed brown hue with a subtle blue sliver design in the middle.

Cleaned and polished at our local shop in Topanga, CA, this stunning turquoise gemstone weighs in at 66 carats and includes a backing for stability.
