“Rivers Edge”

12” x 12” x 1” (30.5cm x 30.5cm x 2.5cm)

This piece reminds me of an aerial view of edge of a river, even though these shades of blue and green are all around us in nature.

I used card stock paper as well as dinner napkins to achieve this look. The paper is cut and rolled by hand, then arranged on the canvas which I painted black. I use an industrial strength adhesive called E6000 so secure all of my work on the canvas. There are D rings and wire added to the back, so it is ready to hang.

Proper UV deals protection is important to maintain the integrity of my art and to prevent fading. Please do not hang in direct sunlight.
