Such a pretty blue floral dress! I love the accordion bib outlined in black rickrack trim. This dress can be transitioned from spring-autumn in my opinion. Just add a cropped cardigan for a more vintage look or a fitted denim jacket for something more hipster! You will most likely need a slip as she is fairly sheer.
