Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 3-4 business days from date when received your measurements .

Lost packages: If the package get lost we will return your money back .
Note that the search may take until 2 months ,to be sure that the shipment really get lost ,and only after search we can make refund .

Refunds and Exchanges
Please be aware that all items listed are unique and handmade.

RETURNS are accepted maximum 3 days from delivery ,this is to prevent customers from wearing the item before sending it back .
- refund will be issued after the item is received and made sure there are no demages .
- the refund will consist of the price of the item minus the shipping fee payed when the item was shipped (35€)
- if an item is returned ,refund will be issued minus 25% of the amount ( work time and fabric used on the item with custom measurements that can not be resold as is)
CANCELLATION are accepted 3 WORKING DAYS from date of ordering ( after your order ,I place the order for fabric )
Cancellation of order for wrong provided measurements will not be acceptable .
