Beautiful and large vintage wooden sculpture of the Argentine cowboy EL GAUCHO.

1960s. Weight of 4.3 kg.

The gaucho is in a way the cowboy of Argentina, but also of Uruguay and the South of Brazil. He is the guardian of the herds of the immense expanses of meadows of the Pampas, around deals which a whole culture has developed, with traditions, rites, costumes, culinary habits.
