I got this shirt at Disney World, FL in 1990. I only wore it once or twice. The design shows Ariel with Sebastian, Flounder and Scuttle. It's a rainbow print that fades from pink to purple with blue in between on a white shirt. The design is the same on the front and back. And it's glittery sparkly! The glitter and sparkles can be seen on the characters and some of the sea shells. There are a few EXTREMELY MINOR flaws that I attempted to photograph with the 3 last zoomed in photos. In these areas there's very small barely visible light yellow discoloration spots (can't even really see in the photos because you can barely even see with the naked eye!). They must have came from age, but I'm sure a spot treatment and wash would fix them! There is also a super tiny spot on the very edge fold of the deals sleeve. Other than that, this thing is AMAZING! Size is 'one size' and it measures about 27 inches long (neck to bottom at longest point) and 17.5 inches wide.
