The fabric is a light-weight dusty blue taffeta, and will add that elegant touch to your existing wardrobe. Over 5 yards of fabric go into this dress. The neckline is elasticized and can be pulled low off the shoulders and the empire waistline is also elastic. The short sleeves measure 4 inches from underarm to elasticized hem and will feel amazing in the summer heat. *I can also substitute half sleeves for more arm coverage.
