Vintage Acrylic deals on Canvas Still Life Painting by T. Smith - White Flower on Table with Clock, Book, Green Chair, Curtains - Neutral Colors

Original acrylic on canvas still life painting by T. Smith. The painting is signed on the lower right by the artist. The painting depicts a bowl of white deals flowers and clock on a table, accompanied by a green chair. An open book on the table seems to have been just put there by the unobserved reader. The paint has been applied thickly in a technique known as impasto. Some of the objects have been outlined with paint that appears to have been squeezed from the tube directly onto the canvas, which gives an interesting, three-dimensional effect.

The sides of the canvas have not been painted. There is hanging hardware on the reverse. The painting will fit a standard 20" by 24" frame. That size frame can be found ready made, should you wish to avoid the expense of custom-framing. The painting also looks great unframed.

Condition: The painting is in excellent condition.
