Vintage 1889 Watercolor Stapeley Hill England Rectory Signed Neville Framed deals

Beautiful Original Vintage Framed Watercolor Painting entitled Lich-gate and Stapley Hill from the Garden of Hope Rectory signed by M.G. Neville Dec.? 1889. I had to look this area up its beautiful and possibly was spelled Stapley?" at one time or maybe spelling is still interchangeable. Could not find any info on the Hope Rectory. Hopefully somebody from area will fill me in. Signed and dated lower right corner with additional deals info from Neville on back. Painting is somewhat primitive but still nicely done with the hills and lich gate with cross above and horse beneath. Wood framed under glass overall measurements 14.5 x 10.5" and artwork 9.75 x 7". Condition very good some minor waviness to paper and frame isn't sexy with string for hanging may want to re-frame or at least add new hardware. A rare look for the area from 130+ years ago.
