Aradani Studios sculpts, molds, and casts every single pair of ears that we sell!

This ear style is called the Aradani Twilight Ears, and is THE largest style of ears we produce, over 10 inches in length! They come with an underwire to help support the weight of the ears so that you can still attach them with only spirit gum (without the underwire support, the weight of the ears will cause your ears to fold forward, which is not ideal). We also cast our Twilight Ears a little thicker, to ensure they don't bend or droop.

While we always try to keep all our ears in stock, sometimes these ears are made to order and require an additional 3-5 days to cast and prep.

It works quite well for anime characters, and of course certain elves that love the Night or Blood

Spirit Gum and Other Add-Ons

1) Spirit Gum (US Only) - Comes with a 1/8 oz. Spirit Gum for attaching your Elf Ears to your skin.

2) Spirit Gum & Remover (US Only) - Comes with 1/8 oz. Spirit Gum and 1 oz. Remover. Remover should only be used on your skin and NOT applied to the latex Elf Ears.

3) Pro Kit (US Only) - Comes with 1/8 oz. Spirit Gum, 1 oz. Remover, two 1/2 oz. RMG make-ups, one 1/8 oz. make-up, & two Sterling Silver Ear Cuffs. The Pro-Kit comes with everything you need for attaching your ears (spirit gum), touching up the color (make-ups), and hiding the seams (ear cuffs). A $57 value for only $40!

We exclusively carry Graftobian brand spirit gum, remover, and make-ups, and highly recommend them over other brands.

Choosing a Color

The easiest option is to look at the Color Chart image and see which color is the closest match to your skintone. If you aren't sure, you can send us a photo and we can let you know which color we think is the best match.

If you want a non-human colors (light purple, green, blue, etc.), you must order Custom Color. We recommend that you use this website (https://www.google.com/search?q=color+picker) to send us the HEX code for the color you would like. We will do our best to match that deals color.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order a Custom Color Ear, and we don't hear from you in 5 days, we will mail out the Unpainted Ears by default.

** Please note, if you aren't happy with the skintone, we can repaint your ears for you. However it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for both return shipping to Aradani and return shipping back to you.

Putting Them On, Taking Them Off, and Care

But here's a quick summary of that website.

⦾ To put on your elf ears all you need is a small amount of spirit gum! We recommend applying a small amount to the front flap that goes near the temple, and some to the back curve that wraps around the middle of your ear. Avoid getting spirit gum in your hair, slide the elf ear over your ear, and then pinch and hold those 2 spots for 30 - 60 seconds.

⦾ Removing the ears is even easier. Grab the elf ear at the tip, gently pull away from the head, down towards your shoulder. The elf ear should flip over your ear, and peel right off. Any spirit gum left on your skin it should come off with soap and water, a gentle scrape of your fingernail.

⦾ Caring for your elf ears is super easy too. When you are not wearing your elf ears, keep them in a small plastic bag, such as a ziploc bag. Doing this will protect the latex and help keep dirt and dust off the ears. I usually put mine in a plastic bag, then storage that in a rigid box, like a small Tupperwear.

Aradani Studios was founded in 2002 by Michael, Paul, and Sara Bielaczyc, three fantasy artists living in Nashville, TN. What started as a part time business working at the Tennessee Renaissance Festival, expanded in the following years to cover festivals and conventions all over the US.

Not only do we hand make and inspect each set of ears, we try to use the highest quality materials we can find. Often on the road we are told our ears last for years of use, with some people coming back with the same ears after 6-7 years of wearing them! Our different colors are made to match your skin tone using RMG make-ups. You can attach these ears with spirit gum or liquid latex. The edge seams can be blended in with latex, or hidden with the use of an ear cuff as shown in the picture.
