My personal phone, used for two years until I got an upgrade recently. Very clean, and extremely scratch-free screen. There was a factory screen protector that came installed on the phone, and it only recently started peeling slightly around the edges. When I switched phones I peeled it off and found a brilliant, shiny screen underneath. The phone also spent most of the time in the case I purchased, and there are only minor scuffs on the back of the phone from case contact. Otherwise looks like a brand new phone. The phone works perfectly, and I never had any problems with it. I was getting a bad signal right before I got my new phone, but they told me it was just because I was on an old plan. I was going to get a new plan, but they talked me into a new phone, since I had just paid this one off.
