It is Stamped Japan on the Bottom. It is Hand Painted. It has A Cute Pixie Elf Dressed in Blue with a Mouse Resting on a Tree Bark. They are Adorable with Pointy Ears. It's in Great Vintage Condition. It's 3 inches tall.
