This nice spoon is done in a Panama Exposition design. The back if the stem is engraved 5 - 23 - 13 and the front of the stem is done with a seal that is inscribed 1915 The Completion of The Panama Canal Panama Exposition San Diego California. There is some wear to this spoon as can be expected with a vintage piece. 
 
The spoon measures 5 3/4" tall, 1 9/32" (32.7mm) wide, and weighs 23.9 grams.
