VINTAGE UZBEK TASSELS :
” Segusha ” ( Triangle ) is a decorative embellishments, whose function, was to decorate the beddings tucked away folded against the walls of a yurt or tent. These objects made with great care were attached on the corner of squarish textiles and used as covers . The silk tassels with beads and metal work are charming and they could be used the way they are as wall hangings, garmets such as belts and could be a great touch onto a shawl or belly dance costume as well as a material source for ethnic jewellery designers.
