I love wood, outdoors, adventures, books, and fire. In combination of all those, I found myself becoming a pyrographer. I first started wood burning long ago with a cheap pen gifted to my younger brother, who benevolently let me use it every time I asked. I started burning cutting boards, spoons, light switch plates, and random pieces of wood to give as wedding gifts, Christmas gifts, just any gift really to my friends and family. Hopefully I can share a little of my love for the art and the wood with you and yours too.
