ORDERING


The blankets are pre-ordered, it takes 1 to 3 weeks to produce a blanket for hand-knitted. We will do our best to create and ship it as quickly as possible.


Note: the GIFT BOX is not included. It is available for only 4$. Add it to your order in you want your blanket to be nicely packed in a gift box. The greeting card can be added for free if you indicate it.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS


You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment you place your order. We can accept returns only if the blanket you received is defective. If this happens to you inform us within 2 weeks from the moment you received the package and we will make a refund or send you a new blanket.
