Antique Finely Painted Portrait Miniature deals Of A Victorian / Edwardian Woman In A Gilt Cast Ormolu Frame

On offer is a good quality late Victorian or Edwardian era hand painted portrait miniature. It features a woman, with her hair up and wearing a white dress. It is housed in a fine quality gilt cast ormolu frame adorned with floral scroll motifs. A finely painted example, but unfortunately as shown there is a fine crack to the centre of the wafer that it is painted on. It still displays ok and is a shame as it is a very well painted example and the frame itself is great quality.
