Due to difficulties in shipment, minimum order of 4 lbs is required.

At the moment we are currently making Mantı (Turkish ravioli) for anyone who is wanting to purchase.

We don't carry stock, the mantı is freshly made after your order is placed. It will be baked and ready to cook after arrival.

We don't make or ship the yogurt and the red sauce that goes on top of the manti to eat. The sauces has to be prepared when ready to deals eat the manti.

**To prepare the red sauce all you need is a sauce pan, tomato paste, butter and spices(if desired to be more spicy you can add crushed red pepper)
**To prepare the yogurt sauce all you need is any brand of plain yogurt and water mixed together in a bowl to make it thin and runny
