Vintage 30s Deco Voile Cotton deals Floral Dress Handmade Large Grange Hall Dance Farm dress

Such a cool dress, really interesting deco print with amazing color combo. The fabric is light and airy with a very faint pinstripe through the floral print. The neckline is interesting and I'm not sure I've figured it out, it seems the owner could wear it with  the ribbons secured deals on the inside ends and then draw the outside ends together to gather up the neckline? Or don't use the ribbons at all, that works too. Puffy sleeves and straight a-line skirt.
