Product Name: Ed Langbein Apple Slice Plates - Midcentury Ceramic Italian deals Design MOMA Artist

Set of 4 apple slice ceramic plates attributable to noted midcentury ceramicist and furniture designer Ed Langbein. We have a number of other signed Langbein pieces for sale; all came from the same estate as these apple plates, which share brushwork, style, glaze, and signature characteristics with the signed Langbein pieces. These 4 plates are in excellent to very good vintage condition - one has an old chip on the reverse. All 4 are signed "E/F-55/Italy" and as stated, are congruent with Langbein's style - see for example our listing of signed orange deals slice plates for comparison. Examples of Langbein's ceramics work are in MOMA's permanaent collection and have been auctioned by Sothebys. These plates are each about 8" wide x 7" long and fully glazed front and back.
