Handles are able to be pushed down while using the strap or can be fully extended to handles for carrying. Has 2 fully open pockets on each side with a padded middle pocket that is zippered. Fully rehabbed to its original beautiful luster and shine. There is one small spot of fading on the back side of this bag. Please see picture.
