"Doris's diary" is a handmade vintage junk journal. This journal features a deals vintage farm life country life theme.

This journal is constructed from chipboard covered with aged muslin fabric. The cover is decorated with patterned fabric, vintage crocheted doily pieces, a hand embroidered linen fabric, cardstock, buttons and lace. It has a lace tie closure and antique bronze metal hardware. The spine is decorated with a lace tassel.

Doris's diary features 4 signatures that are hand sewn into the cover. The signatures are made with high quality scrapbook paper, handmade paper, doilies, vintage book pages, vintage sheet music, coffee dyed papers, watercolor paper, vintage cookbook pages and digital printables. There are tons of pockets, tuck spots and journal spots. It includes tags, journal cards and handmade notepads. It is heavily decorated but there is plenty of space to add your unique touches.

This journal contains 152 pages. The cover measures 8.25 inches by 6.5 inches. The spine is 3 inches wide. 2 pages feature tabs with charms. Lots of lace and ric rac throughout.

This journal is named after my dear belated grandmother Doris who lived on a farm her entire life. My found memories of her and her country life inspired the themes and aesthetic of this journal.

I take great care in constructing each journal but there can be slight imperfections as with any handmade item.
