Your bag might get squeezed due to the shipping. Sometimes it is beyond our control, but your bag can get to its original shape easily. That is the perk of natural products ! Simply, spray your bag with some water, try to adjust it with your hand and leave it under the sunlight for a couple of minutes and it will get back to its original shape.
