Tall Italianate white lamp. The base is metal, a classically designed pedestal with three lions feet on a disc. Then up to a fluted post, holding a caged basket filled with nicely formed porcelain flowers. A candlestick on that.
This lamp is entirely painted white with a glaze-hard oil finish. It was already painted when it came to me, with several coats of white paint, some blue undercoat. FYI, I noticed the original porcelain was all white where the paint was chipped.
With the right shade, this is a beauty and quite unique.

Size is 32" to the top of the harp, 23" to the top of the socket. Base is 6.25" diameter.
