'Southwestern Artisan Zig-Zag Hoop Earrings'

Inspired by beautiful handmade textiles, woven baskets and landscapes of the Great Southwest, in which I was born, raised and love so much. These artisan overlay hoop earrings are entirely created by hand, one at a time. They are very well constructed with much love, and deals are a tedious, time consuming process to make. Each one is carefully sawn with an itty bitty jeweler's saw blade (smaller than a toothpick), hand textured, soldered, formed, filed, cleaned, patinaed and finished. The metalwork has two finishes; the zig-zag has a satin finish and the outer edge has a shiny finish. They are constructed from solid .925 sterling silver with solid .925 sterling silver posts. These are very comfortable to wear and come with .925 sterling silver and plastic, ear clutches instead of the the butterfly ear nut closures. The earring is more secure and balances far superior on the earlobe in comparison to butterfly backs. These hoops exude a sleek rustic Southwest vibe with timeless style.
