Item: This is a small vintage gold filled heart locket with a tiny ruby, sapphire, and diamond mounted on deals the front. When the locket is open you can see gemstones are open backed. This retains only one frame and glassine window on the right side. The locket is in very good condition and the chain has a spring ring clasp.
