All our boards are custom made to order so special sizes can be requested. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all our boards are constructed with the highest quality workmanship and have lightning-fast turnaround times. They are constructed of all-natural untreated wood, specifically walnut with cherry inserts. The glue used is Titebond II which is 100% food safe and sealed with Howard's butcher block cutting board oil (4 coats) and waxed with Howard's cutting board wax (3 coats). The oil is all-natural food grade mineral oil with vitamin E added and the wax is also food safe mineral oil based with all-natural beeswax and Brazilian Carnunba oil added. Prior to applying all boards are quadruple sanded from 80 grit down to 1000! The stars are engraved, all engraving is done with a state-of-the-art fiber laser engraver onsite and custom design logos are available. Let us know what you want, and our design team will create it! ♡ CARE: These American Flag Boards are made to order. They are conditioned and oiled prior to shipping and therefore may need to be wiped down with a clean dry cloth when first received. We also recommend using the reverse side of the flag for cutting, clean and dry and if the board looks like it is drying out apply deals a food safe oil.
