This series of abstracts are mixed media works with a glass like resin finish. They are meant to create an escape for the viewer. Each piece has melted layers of color, some bold and vibrant, others softer earthy hues. Focal points of crystal-like sparkle and lacy metallic accents and gestural lines wrap through the color. My goal is to provide the viewer a daily place to “daydream”, meditate, or get away from some of their worries.
Created on wood panels with 1.5 depth, these abstracts sit on a shelf, desk, or look beautiful hanging. The sides are painted and a glass like resin finish has been added, so no deals need to frame.
