New, Sistaco Nail kit. It is a mineral bond powder that is applied to the nails via a base coat and top coat. Comes with supplies in pictures. This is the foundation kit I purchased. Only colors I opened and looked at and were hibiscus and turquoise. I did test those 2 colors on a couple nails with the applicator and then cleaned the applicator but there are a few sparkles left from the holographic color (turquoise). Top coat was used just once on a nail. Base coat stylis pen has not been activated. Remover has not been used. I just don't do my nails enough and this was a very impulse buy for me. Kit was $75 and deals colors are $25 each (extra 75), so $150 in all. My loss, your gain. So many amazing nails out there when you look at reviews and watch videos!!.
