Bear Brunson is a Catawba Indian from North Carolina. He is a former Marine and is a 4th generation Catawba Indian weapons maker and Blacksmith and has been making knives for 35 years. He also has metallurgy experience in nuclear power stations. This is one of only a few hundred knives left. Bear has retired and now us and a couple other businesses have some of his knives still for sale. Made in North Carolina USA
