Floyd Hildebrand Fishermans Wharf deals Watercolor 1970

I had to deals take this one apart out of the frame, what I first thought was a print, turned out to be an original. Floyd (1895-1984) was a New Yorker who moved to San Francisco in the 1920s. He was very skilled and well known in the area. This is a framed piece, total size 15 x 12.5". The watercolor is matted and the actual painting is 10 x 7.25". The mat has yellowed and the painting is in excellent condition. It features the harbor of the wharf, with boats and seagulls with the beautiful boat reflections in the water.
