We use third party shippers for door to door delivery. Most our items are delivered within two weeks. Items being shipped to the West coast may take up to six weeks. Please note, due to weight restriction, we cannot ship certain items to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. A full refund will include the original shipping cost (if any) paid at the time of purchase. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping deals costs. We strongly recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance in the event your return package is lost or damaged.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any returned item that has been used or modified in any way is not eligible for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to the same method of payment utilized during your initial purchase.
